Сайга-20 — самозарядное ружьё, разработанное на Ижевском машиностроительном заводе на базе автомата Калашникова и предназначенное для промысловой и любительской охоты на мелкого, среднего зверя и птицу в районах с любыми климатическими условиями. Затвор карабина имеет конструкцию, разделенную на поворотную и неподвижную части. Такая конструкция позволяет до минимума уменьшить площадь экстракторных выемок на стволе и исключить возможность раздутия основания гильзы при стрельбе. Спусковой механизм полностью заимствован у автоматов АК, кроме элементов автоматики. Автоматическое шептало из конструкции спускового механизма Сайга-20 выведено.По сути Сайга-20 представляет собой гладкоствольное длинноствольное многозарядное магазинное ружье с отъемным магазином в различных модификациях, отличающихся исполнением, длиной ствола, типом ложи и вариантами прицельных приспособлений.Сайга-20 была создана на базе Сайги-410, которая, в свою очередь, являлась гражданским гладкоствольным аналогом автомата Калашникова без возможности ведения автоматического огня.

20С — Анализ практического применения, 12 лет спустя
В последнее время ижевские полуавтоматы из серии «Сайга» заметно уступили позиции классическим самозарядкам, как импортным, так и отечественным.
Оно и не мудрено – былая безудержная эйфория от возможности приобретения «гражданского калаша» прошла.
Впрочем, не из-за разочарования в этом оружии – просто «Сайгу» успели купить все, кто хотел. И не все от неё поспешили в итоге избавиться.

Гладкоствольные полуавтоматы серии «Сайга» ещё в 1990-х гг. быстро и уверенно вышли в многолетние лидеры продаж на рынке гладкоствольного оружия.
Судите сами – в год ИЖМАШем выпускалось и продавалось 100 тысяч ружей, которые были доступны в различном исполнении и в трёх калибрах: классическом 12-м, реанимированном 20-м и неожиданно прижившемся .410-м.

Это было время контрастной либерализации оружейного рынка, когда почти каждый молодой охотник считал своим долгом первым или вторым ружьём приобрести «почти настоящий калаш».
Чего не избежали и многие умудрённые опытом, хотя и не все в этом готовы признаться.
Причём те охотники, кому побоку «общественное мнение», до сих пор продолжают охотиться с ижевскими полуавтоматами.

Вряд ли будет звучать преувеличением утверждение о том, что автомат Калашникова известен практически каждому взрослому жителю нашей планеты.
Для России русская фамилия «Калашников» стала одним из национальных символов. Конечно же, такой символ хочется иметь в личном владении, пускай в новодельном и пускай, на первых порах, в гладкоствольном виде.

Выбор гладкоствольного охотничьего оружия определяется целью использования. Как правило, это охота, развлекательная стрельба или самооборона.
Очевидно, что первые два пункта являются наиболее распространёнными. Но и защитить свой дом в «лихие 90-е» потребность была у многих. И «Сайга» пошла в массы.

Реакция общественности по поводу права «Сайги» именоваться охотничьим оружием в своё время оказалась на удивление разнообразной.
Но поклонники АК оказались в убедительном большинстве.
Конечно, серьёзную роль в «сайгомании» в конце 1990-х-начале «нулевых» годов сыграла и грамотная маркетинговая политика «ИЖМАШа».

Многие приобретали и приобретают «Сайгу» по причине интереса к сложной механике и возможности безграничного «тюнинга».
Нельзя сказать, что тогда цены на ижевские полуавтоматы были несущественными. Но и конкуренция «Сайге» как таковая во второй половине 90-х гг. практически отсутствовала.

Но всё же главное заключалось в том, что «Сайга» 20-го и 12-го калибра оказалась годной не только для «самооборонщиков». Она была на практике оценена как вполне приемлемое охотничье оружие.
Что интересно, этим недорогим, неприхотливым и достаточно эффективным полуавтоматом наиболее активно пользовались охотники периферийных регионов России.
Золотой серединой для многих оказалась модель «Сайга-20С», о которой и пойдёт речь в настоящей статье.

за 12 лет
Экземпляр, который вы чаще видите на фотографиях к настоящей статье, был приобретён мною в 2000 году. Решение принималось более чем осознанно — до этого несколько лет кряду я периодически охотился с «Сайгой-20» с нескладным охотничьим прикладом.

В базовом исполнении ружьё имело короткую прицельную линию, что в аккурат умещалась на газовой трубке ружья. Латунная мушка не устраивала при пулевой стрельбе, поэтому была приобретена «высокая мушка», установленная на дульную часть ствола.
Прорезь штатного целика оказалась слишком глубокой и широкой для более тонкой новой мушки, поэтому прорезь была залита подкрашенной чёрной краской эпоксидкой, после высыхания которой был сделан новый пропил.
Это позитивно сказалось на комфорте прицеливания и результативности стрельбы.

Пластиковый приклад я заменил металлическим рамочным и поначалу просто удлинил его на 2 см двумя слоями толстой резины и затыльником из старого кожаного ремня.
Однако для нормальной стрельбы навскидку этого оказалось мало — штатный приклад стремится упереться в плечо не всей вертикальной плоскостью затыльника, а лишь его носком, причем из-за своей недостаточной длины не в переднюю дельтовидную мышцу, а в ключицу.

Для изменения питча, отвода и длины затыльника была изготовлена П-образная, в поперечном сечении, насадка из 1,5-мм стали, крепящаяся к прикладу 4 боковыми винтами. Массивная деталь придала ружью более-менее приемлемый баланс.
Для уменьшения отдачи и дополнительного увеличения длины приклада к насадке двумя 6-мм винтами крепится толстый амортизатор от ИЖ-27, регулирующийся по вертикали в диапазоне 4 см.
Между амортизатором и затыльником насадки помещена толстая кожаная прокладка. Для укорочения длины приклада при стрельбе в толстой зимней одежде достаточно просто снять амортизатор.

Т.к. амортизатор на 2 см шире торца штатного приклада, то пришлось сточить выступ под фиксатор на боковой поверхности затыльника рамочного приклада и наварить на насадку П-образную скобу.
Верхняя часть рамки приклада была обмотана узким кожаным ремнем, зафиксированным двумя винтами.

Неудобное, на мой взгляд, крепление антабок заставило перенести переднюю антабку на левую сторону цевья, по типу АК. Чёрная рукоятка удержания «сотой серии» была заменена на более толстую и широкую рукоять от АКМ. УСМ, если пренебречь длинным ходом спускового крючка, нареканий не вызывает.
Для компенсации «сдергивания» оружия в момент выстрела в результате провала спускового крючка и увеличения практической скорострельности, в спусковую скобу вкручен винт М3.

Теперь пару слов о магазинах. «Сайга» 20-го калибра комплектуется двумя 5-зарядными магазинами для патронов разной длины. Реально в магазин с маркировкой 20/70 входят патроны с закруткой «звездочка» и самодельные пулевые патроны, а в магазин с маркировкой 20/76 — завальцованные патроны с нормальной дробовой навеской.
Дополнительно можно приобрести 8-местные магазины. Процедура присоединения к оружию снаряженного магазина требует определенных навыков.

В итоге ружьё стало удобным инструментом. А главное – надёжным и вполне универсальным. При общем настреле около 6 тысяч, задержек по вине оружия не было ни одной: механика ружья за это время только только «обкаталась».
Из «Сайги» исправно добывалась вся живность Северного Кавказа – от перепела до медведя.

Ружьё вообще не ржавело, неделями находилось на боевом взводе и не чистилось, валялось в кузовах «66-х» и прочих ЗИЛов-КРАЗов, тонуло в реке, «пережёвывало» в свольной коробке попавшие через щель предохранителя веточки и прочий мусор, но никогда не отказывало.
Мнение «правильных охотников» в расчёт изначально не принималось, что полностью оправдалось.

«Сайга» в 20-м калибре имеет отличный бой пулей – на 50 м 5 пуль Полева можно стабильно уложить в круг 70-80 мм и даже чуть менее, только патроны обязательно нужно тщательно снаряжать самому: пулей из патрона заводского снаряжения вообще никуда не попадёшь.
Именно тщательно подобранный пулевой патрон позволил автору пару раз выиграть городские соревнования из ГОР по пулевой стрельбе. При стрельбе с коллиматором «Кобра», на 100 м 5 пуль Полева автор без проблем укладывал в круг 20-25 см, что более чем достаточно.

По среднему зверю 20-й калибр вообще идеален, а для крупного, вроде медведя и кабана, существуют как отличные отечественные пули «Шатун», «Медвед» и прочие, а из импорта есть проверенная пуля ORIGINAL BRENNEKE 20 mag.
, весом в 29 граммов (для сравнения — обычная BRENNEKE 16-го калибра весит 31 гр, 12-го 35 гр).
«Сайга» имеет 76-мм патронник и запредельную прочность конструкции, так что допустимо применение тяжёлых снарядов и «магнум»-патронов. При этом ружьё позволяет получить очень высокую практическую скорострельность.

Бой дробью превосходен. Главное – пристрелять ствол «Сайги», определить оптимальное сочетание навесок и компонентов патрона. Для примера: с дистанции 35 м, стандартное снаряжение патрона (1,5 г. «Сокола», пыж-контейнер, дробь №5, завальцовка) позволяет получить до 15 попаданий в стандартную фотокарточку 9х13 см.
С учётом традиционных требований, достаточно было бы попадания 4-х дробин. Резкость при этом тоже очень хорошая.

При использовании заводских патронов проблем вообще не было ни разу.
Даже при положении газового регулятора на цифре «1» (магнум), при стрельбе обычными патронами, автоматика работала в штатном режиме, хотя такое возможно не на всех экземплярах.
Мало того, «Сайга» перезаряжается при выстреле холостым зарядом с «дымарём» и парой войлочных пыжей в латунной гильзе.

Самодельные патроны, вопреки рекомендациям завода, я использовал с самого начала и ни разу об этом не пожалел.
Патрон с многократно стреляной и сильно деформированной гильзой может «затереть» в магазине или заклинить при досылании, поэтому желательно калибровать гильзы и готовые патроны и использовать конусную закрутку.

«Сайга-20» уверенно перекрывает спектр основных охотничьих задач, могущих возникнуть перед российским охотником. В Сибири и на Дальнем Востоке Сайга-20С и 20К до сих пор используется как пулевое ружьё по лосю и медведю.
Факт — сегодня охотники активно скупают комиссионные ружья «Сайга-20», при этом особой популярностью пользуются экземпляры с фиксированным чоком и складным прикладом.

Выводы
Много можно говорить о «правильности» или «неправильности» этого оружия, но, по официальным данным, полуавтоматов «Сайга» с 1996 года было произведено и продано около 1,5 миллионов экземпляров. Охотники проголосовали рублём.
В настоящее время ижевчане продолжают работу над модернизацией «Сайги», планируя уже в ближайшее время выпустить в серию обновлённую «Сайгу», имеющую высокое качество отделки и сборки.
По характеристикам боя заводчане так же обещают что-то особенное. В планах ИЖМАШа в т.ч. и выпуск «Сайги» со стволом, имеющим сверловку Ланкастера. Много внимания уделяется и улучшению эргономических и эстетических показателей.
Получится ли это у ижевчан – время покажет. А пока — пожелаем им удачи.

Сайга 20 калибра не является обычным охотничьим ружьём, которое мы привыкли видеть, поскольку история его происхождения тесно связана с легендарным автоматом Калашникова.
От этого знаменитого автомата данное оружие получило все лучшие конструктивные элементы и механизмы, позволяющие стрелять из него в самых разнообразных погодных условиях.
Несомненно, что были произведены некоторые изменения. Они нужны были для того, чтобы вести из него стрельбу охотничьими патронами под пластмассовую гильзу, но это не оказало влияние на надёжность и простоту конструкции, которая есть у автомата.
Если сравнить Сайгу 20 калибра по техническим характеристикам с Сайгой-12, то невозможно увидеть каких-либо существенных отличий. Разница заключается в калибре.
Кроме этого, данная модель имеет в своём ассортименте несколько модификаций, каждая из которых только улучшает её практичность и удобство пользования.
В 1994 году на Ижевском машиностроительном заводе начали выпуск этого оружия, которое сразу же привлекло внимание охотников и любителей оружия. В то время многие хотели иметь у себя дома гражданский автомат Калашникова.
Почему Сайга 20 калибра высоко ценится?

По ряду признаков и технических данных это оружие имеет приоритетное положение в сравнении с другими подобными единицами охотничьего оружия, но более подробно об этом немного дальше.
Сейчас же хочу акцентировать внимание на некоторые положительные особенности, которые заставляют обратить внимание на себя со стороны охотников.
Практически безотказный затворный механизм, наличие магазина на 5 патронов, отличное прицельное приспособление, небольшой вес по сравнению с 12 калибром, возможность быстрой замены приклада и рукоятки, хорошие показатели при стрельбе пулей и дробью подняли это ружьё на высокий уровень.
Характеристика многозарядного дробовика
- Ствол не имеет нарезов и является гладким. По длине достигает 570 мм, но есть вариант со стволами в 430 мм. Для охоты предпочтительней использовать первый вариант.
- Базовая модель имеет дульное сужение в 0,9 мм, но есть разновидности, где присутствуют в комплекте дульные насадки различных сужение и даже под парадокс для стрельбы пулей.
- Механизм устроен таким образом, что ружьё успешно может стрелять патронами по длине в 70 мм или 76 мм. Это отличная особенность, которая по душе многим охотникам.
- Характерной особенностью данной модели является наличие заглушки газовой камеры, которая нужна для регулировки скорости подвижных частей во время использования патронов с разной мощностью.
- Есть две позиции заглушки. Когда стрельба ведётся патронами «Магнум» на 76 мм, то нужно ставить заглушку в положение №1, а во всех остальных случаях необходимо её ставить в положение №2.
- Магазин может вмещать в базовой комплектации пять патронов, но есть варианты с двумя или восьми патронами. Такой магазин позволяет сделать несколько выстрелов за короткое время.
- Прицельное приспособление не заканчивается целиком и мушкой, поскольку есть прицельная планка, которая может регулироваться по вертикали и горизонтали. Кроме этого, есть место под установку оптического или коллиматорного прицела.
- Приклад в основном изготавливается из пластика, но могут быть варианты из дерева. Рукоятка имеет пистолетную форму.
- Предохранитель расположен справа на ствольной коробке. Он полностью блокирует спусковой крючок. Нажатие большим пальцем предохранителя в нижнее положение приводит ружьё в боевую готовность.
- Затвор ружья состоит из двух частей. Одна из них поворотная, а другая полностью неподвижная.
Это позволяет минимизировать или даже исключить вероятность раздутия гильзы на основании. - Вес оружия может быть 3,2 кг или 3,5 кг.
Модификации ружья
Оружейники не остановились на базовой модели, у которой установлен классический охотничий приклад, а продолжили свою работу и создали несколько новых вариантов.
- Сайга-20С отличается от предыдущего варианта только лишь наличием приклада и рукоятки, которые складываются. Это значительно облегчает перевозку оружия.
- Сайга-20К имеет укороченный ствол, складывающийся приклад и специальный блокиратор, который включается, когда складывается приклад.
- Сайга-20С ЕХР-01 является моделью, которая предназначена на экспорт. Обладает всё теми же характеристика, что у предыдущей модели, но только нет блокиратора.
Какое можно сделать заключение?
Несомненно, что данная модель является надёжным и прочным охотничьим оружием, которое успешно применяется во время охоты на мелких и средних зверей и птиц на дистанции до 50 метров, хотя некоторые охотники практикуют с ним даже охоту на медведя и стреляют пулей на расстояние до 100 метров.
Ружьё показывает хорошие показатели по кучности при стрельбе не только пулей, но и дробью. Для целей охоты рекомендуется выбирать базовую модель или 20С. Что касается Сайги-20К, то она менее пригодна для охоты, поскольку имеет короткий ствол.
Таким образом, для охотников по мелкой или средней дичи данное многозарядное ружьё подходит на все 100%, а вот за крупными экземплярами лучше ходить с 12 калибром.

Ружья (гладкоствольные карабины по Российской официальной классификации) серии Сайга 20 аналогичны по устройству и модификациям ружьям линейки Сайга 12,и отличаются от них лишь меньшим калибром, и как следствие — несколько меньшими массой и отдачей. В вариантах Сайга 20С и, особенно,Сайга 20К эти ружья хорошо подходят в качестве оружия для защиты дома.
Гладкоствольные ружья Сайга унаследовали общую компоновкуи устройство автомата Калашникова, с газоотводным механизмом и запиранием поворотом затвора. Естественно, затворная группа и ствольная коробка были переконструированы с учетом использования охотничьих патронов, ударно-спусковой механизм лишился автоспуска, в газоотводном механизме появился газовый регулятор для обеспечения надежной стрельбы как обычными патронами.так и усиленными патронами «магнум».
